Why is it so hard?
ShittyI was so hopefull, my eyes shining with delight when I happned upon a used Minolta at good will. It was cheap too, and without and major damages. Imagine my joy.
I have never tried my hand at the photographic arts exept for some 'crazy' snapshots of my 'crazy' friends. But I was optomistic. 'It can't be that hard!' I said with a gleam in my eye and determination in my step.
Then I leaned.
It can be that hard. It is that hard. The minolta is all manual and I don't know what the hell an apurture is or why it even matters. And for those who know less than I do about photography...it matters.
Everything matters with a manual.
p.s. I've elected not to post my photographic misadventures on deviant because yes, they are that bad.
